MyGov Gambia (One stop portal for all government services)

This is The Gambia official egovernment portal, designed to provide citizens with seamless access to public services online, anytime and anywhere. MyGov serves as a single access point for government services, making it easier for citizens, businesses, and institutions to interact with public administration digitally. Through this platform MOCDE in collaboration with MOPS will be piloting five (5) public services namely: Birth Certificate registration, National ID, Ordinary Passport, Driver’s License, and Single Window Business Registration. The platform aims to enhance transparency, efficiency, and to boost citizen engagement.
  •   Convenience: It enables users to access services such as applications, payments, and information without needing to visit physical offices.
  •   Inclusivity: The platform is part of The Gambia’s broader digital transformation strategy, ensuring services are accessible to all, including those in rural areas.
  •   Transparency & Efficiency: By digitizing processes, MyGov promotes accountability, reduces bureaucracy, and enhances efficiency in service delivery.
